In the latest episode of the Town of Avon podcast, Angel Gino-Gino, MarComm specialist at Town Hall, teams up with town manager Ryan Cannon to unpack the agenda of the town council meeting from March 14th, 2024. The council navigated through several key zoning amendment introductions crucial for Avon's development. Notably, proposals for a new Wawa convenience store, eight townhomes by Family Promise, and commercial rezoning near Costco were discussed, inviting community members to further engage at the next Town Council meeting happening on March 25th, 2024.
